Create your artist account
Register as an artist — this is separate from a buyer account.
Visit the artist registration page and click "Create your artist account". You will be guided through 3 steps:
Step 1 — Profile
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
Step 2 — Studio
- Your location
- Short bio
- Profile photo (optional)
- Banner image (optional)
Step 3 — Security
- Password (min 8 chars, 1 uppercase)
- Confirm password
- Accept artist terms
Your profile photo will appear on your artist public page. Use a clear, well-lit portrait photo. Max size is 2 MB, banner max 5 MB — images are automatically compressed on upload.
Use the same email address you will use to log in. You cannot change your email later without contacting support.
Verify your email (OTP)
After signup, a 6-digit code is sent to your email address.
- Check your inbox for an email from Ozeart with the subject "Verify your email".
- Copy the 6-digit OTP code from the email.
- Enter the code on the OTP verification page that opens automatically after signup.
- If the code has expired, click "Resend OTP" to get a new one.
Check your spam / junk folder if the email doesn't arrive within 2 minutes. OTP codes expire in 10 minutes.
Log in to your account
After OTP verification, log in using the standard login page.
Use your registered email and password to log in. This is the buyer/user login, not the artist dashboard login.
- Enter your email and password.
- Click "Sign in".
- You will be redirected to your profile/home page.
At this stage you are logged in as a regular user. Your artist account is pending document verification. Complete Step 4 next.
Submit verification documents
Upload your government ID and a selfie to verify your identity.
This is a one-time identity check to ensure all Ozeart artists are real, verified creators.
- Click "Browse" next to Government Document and select your ID file.
- Click "Open" next to Face Verification to take a selfie or upload a photo.
- Check the Legal Declaration checkbox.
- Click "Submit for Verification".
Documents are end-to-end encrypted and used only for identity verification. They are never shared with third parties or buyers.
Wait for admin approval
Our team reviews your documents and approves your artist profile.
After submitting your documents, your profile enters a review queue. Our moderation team will verify your identity and approve your artist account.
What happens during review?
- Admin verifies that your ID document is valid and readable.
- Admin matches your selfie to the ID photo.
- Account is approved or rejected with a reason.
- You will receive an email notification once a decision is made.
Review typically takes 1–2 business days. If your application is rejected, you will be told the reason and can re-submit corrected documents.
Log in to your artist dashboard
Once approved, use the dedicated artist login to access your dashboard.
The artist dashboard login is separate from the buyer login. Use the same email and password you created during signup.
- Go to the Artist Login page.
- Enter your registered email and password.
- Click "Sign in to Dashboard".
- You will be taken to your Artist Dashboard.

Add your first artwork
List an original artwork for sale on the Ozeart marketplace.
From your dashboard, click "Add Artwork" in the sidebar or navigate to the Add Products page.
Photos
- Click the "+" tile to upload product images.
- You can upload multiple images — the first image becomes the cover photo.
- Images are automatically compressed without quality loss.
- Use well-lit photos showing the full artwork clearly.

- Click "Publish to Gallery" when all required fields are filled.
- Your artwork will be submitted for moderation before going live.
- Once approved by admin, it will appear publicly on the marketplace.
New artworks go into a review queue before appearing on the site. Ensure photos are high quality and descriptions are accurate to speed up approval.
View and manage your artworks
See all your listed artworks along with their approval status.
In the My Artworks section of your dashboard you can see every artwork you have submitted, along with its current status.
Pending
Under review by the Ozeart moderation team. Typically reviewed within 1–2 business days.
Approved
Live on the marketplace and visible to buyers and collectors.
Rejected
Did not pass moderation. Edit the artwork and re-submit for review.
- On desktop: artworks appear as a sortable table with status, price, and stock.
- On mobile: artworks appear as cards with a thumbnail, status pill, and action buttons.
- Use the pagination arrows at the bottom to browse all your artworks.
Edit an artwork
Update the title, price, or description of an existing artwork.
Click the Edit button on any artwork card or table row. An edit modal will open with the current details pre-filled.
- Make your changes in the edit modal.
- Click "Save changes" — the artwork re-enters the review queue.
- The artwork stays visible with its previous details until the new version is approved.
Editing title or price triggers re-moderation. If you only need to fix a typo in the description, the review is usually fast.
Manage your profile & settings
Update your public profile, security options, and preferences.
Open Settings from the dashboard sidebar. There are four sections:
Changing your password will not log you out of active sessions. Always use a strong, unique password for your artist account.

Once your account is approved and your first artwork is listed, you're live on Ozeart. Collectors from across India and the world can discover and purchase your work.
