Delivery Policy

Every Ozeart artwork is carefully dispatched with museum-grade packaging and insured logistics, ensuring your piece arrives safely and beautifully — wherever you are in India.

Processing & Dispatch

After payment confirmation, each artwork is carefully inspected, quality-checked by the artist, and professionally packed before dispatch.

Standard processing time is 2–5 business days. Some artworks, particularly large canvases, sculptures, or custom commissions, may require additional preparation time — which will be communicated at the time of order.

  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once the artwork ships.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • If there is any delay beyond the standard processing window, our team will notify you proactively.

Museum-Grade Packaging Standards

Every artwork is packed using materials specifically chosen for the type of piece — whether it is a canvas painting, paper print, sculpture, or framed artwork.

  • Paintings: acid-free tissue, bubble wrap, foam corner protectors, rigid cardboard backing, and double-walled outer box.
  • Framed works: mirror carton or custom crate with foam inserts.
  • Sculptures & 3D pieces: custom foam moulding, heavy-duty cartons, and fragile handling stickers.
  • All packages are sealed with tamper-evident tape and marked 'Handle with Care' and 'Fragile'.

Shipping Coverage & Partners

We deliver across all serviceable PIN codes in India using trusted logistics partners including BlueDart, Delhivery, and Shiprocket network carriers.

International delivery is available for select artworks on request — contact us at contactus@ozeart.com for international shipping quotes and timelines.

Estimated Delivery Windows

Delivery timelines are estimated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. All timelines are indicative and may be affected by public holidays, weather disruptions, or courier capacity constraints.

  • Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 3–5 business days.
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days.
  • Remote and rural locations: 7–12 business days.
  • Custom commissions and large-format artworks: timeline communicated individually.
Delivery to Jammu & Kashmir, Andaman & Nicobar, and other remote union territories may take additional time.

Insured Transit

All shipments are insured against transit damage, loss, or mishandling. This ensures that every collector has full protection from the moment the artwork leaves the artist's studio until it reaches your door.

In the event of loss or confirmed transit damage, please refer to our Returns Policy for the claim process.

Delivery Issues & Support

If your tracking information shows 'Delivered' but you have not received the artwork, or if you face any delivery-related issues, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

  • Check with neighbours or building reception for package collection.
  • Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.
  • Contact our support team at contactus@ozeart.com with your Order ID and tracking number.
Claims for non-delivery must be raised within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation. We cannot investigate claims raised beyond this window.
