By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase on Ozeart ("Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations of India.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately. Continued use constitutes unconditional acceptance of these terms.

To access certain features — including purchasing, wishlisting, and order tracking — you must register for an account with accurate and complete information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity that occurs under your account. Ozeart shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.

Ozeart works exclusively with verified independent artists. All artworks listed are original creations or limited-edition prints authenticated by the respective artists.

Due to the handcrafted nature of artworks, minor variations in color, texture, brushwork, and finish between product images and the physical piece may occur. Such variations are not grounds for returns.

An order is confirmed only after successful payment authorization and product availability validation by the artist. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, payment failure, or stock unavailability.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges are displayed separately at checkout.

Estimated delivery windows are indicative and may vary based on location, courier operations, customs (for international orders), and artist dispatch schedules.

Risk of loss and title for artworks transfer to the buyer upon confirmation of delivery to the specified address. Ozeart is not responsible for loss or damage after confirmed delivery.

All artwork purchases are treated as final sale due to the exclusive and collectible nature of our products. We do not accept general returns or exchanges.

Transit damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with a complete unboxing video, clear product photographs, and packaging evidence.

All platform content including branding, interface design, copy, photography, and technology is the intellectual property of Ozeart or the respective artists. All rights reserved.

Artwork images displayed on the Platform remain the copyright of the artist. Purchasing an artwork grants ownership of the physical piece only — not reproduction, commercial use, or digital distribution rights.

Users agree not to engage in any activity that disrupts, manipulates, or misuses the Platform or its community of artists and collectors.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ozeart and its directors, officers, agents, and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

This includes — but is not limited to — delayed shipments, third-party courier failures, force majeure events, artist delays, or platform downtime.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

Ozeart may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction as necessary to protect its rights or prevent irreparable harm.

Ozeart reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
