We understand thoughtful purchases take time. Ozeart allows cancellations before dispatch while protecting custom commissions and limited-edition creations.
Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled anytime before dispatch confirmation for a full refund to the original payment method.
After Dispatch
Once an artwork has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Please refer to our Returns Policy after delivery.
Custom & Commissioned Art
Personalized, commissioned, framed, or made-to-order artworks cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Refund Protection
Eligible cancellations are refunded securely within 5–7 business days after confirmation.
